These terms apply to all order from NYRA Collection (www.nyra-collection-ch). Each item is a unique piece, usually one size. Minor variations in color, cut or fit may occur and are part of the charm of handmade clothing. Upon request, certain items, like blouses, can be customized (e.g., size) as far as production allows.
Payment Methods
All prices are in CHF and include statutory VAT.

- Prepayment: Orders are carefully processed and shipped once payment is reveibed.
- Credit Card: We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Delivery
Shipping is available exclusively within Switerland. Delivery typically takes 3 -7 business days after payment has been received. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return / Exchange
Please note that returns or exchange are not possible. All sales are final.
